The wireless on my laptop suddenly stopped working last night. The radio is
off and if I try to power it on it goes off right away. The operating system is Windows Vista with SP1. Laptop is Lenovo 0768-A53. I believe the problem may be related to a service KeyIso (related to encryption, WLAN Auto Config depends on it). The service is stopped and can't be started. When I try to start it manually I get "Error 193: 0xc1". How can this be fixed? The problem seemed to occur when I un-installed a trial version of Office Small Business, and installed a full version of Office Home and Student. I don't see what Office has to do with wireless encryption, so this may be a coincidence. |
