Hi,

There is no Vista Pro, so I don't know what you upgraded from. If you meant
XP Pro, did you check with Dell support to see if the wireless card is Vista
compatible?

You might try removing/uninstalling the device via device manager, then
reboot and reinstall it with the most recent driver set from the card
manufacturer (not Dell, but the actual maker of the component).

What do you mean by "no go"
What error message(s) are you getting when you try to use or configure it?

Does the card show in device manager?
If so If not got to step 2
1. disable it.
2. Shutdown your computer and remove the card.
3. Then reboot you computer and confirm that the card does not show in
device manager if it did before,
4. shutdown the computer again
5. reinstall the card and put it in a different slot if one is available.
6. Reboot and see if the card is detected.

Thanks I will try that after I take it to the GS at Best buy. I just
re-reinstalled my home premium and it won't see the card either even
after I install all drivers. I'm going to let them test the card and
maybe they know what is wrong. Thanks again.
