What device? Perhaps you should give details about your computer and tell
us what steps you have already taken. Also, there is a microsoft.public.vista.games newsgroup you can use should this turn out not be a hardware issue. The Microsoft Knowledge Base lists a solution for the above: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940199/en-us One suggested fix is to install Service Pack 1. Another is to run a smallish update: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...0-C61224BACD1C (This is for the Vista32 update. There's also a 64 bit version, although it's less likely that your PC has the 64 bit operating system installed.) Good luck. Return address scrambled. Replace nkbob with bobkn.
