What device? Perhaps you should give details about your computer and tell
us what steps you have already taken. Also, there is a
microsoft.public.vista.games newsgroup you can use should this turn out not
be a hardware issue.

Did they ever do kids for Barbie and Ken? I don't recall.

Although Mattel has created a range of companions for Barbie, including
Allan, Ken, Hispanic Teresa, Midge, African American Christie and Steven
(Christie's boyfriend), Christie, Francie, Julia, Midge, P.J., Stacey,
Skipper, and Skooter, but no children.

("Barbie Girls" is an MP3 player for girls.)

The Microsoft Knowledge Base lists a solution for the above:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940199/en-us

One suggested fix is to install Service Pack 1. Another is to run a smallish
update:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...0-C61224BACD1C

(This is for the Vista32 update. There's also a 64 bit version, although
it's less likely that your PC has the 64 bit operating system installed.)

Good luck.

Return address scrambled. Replace nkbob with bobkn.
