I can print documents and e-mails but not pages from the internet.

You left out every piece of information about your system, when the problem
started, and your printer that would enable us to help you.

As a guess, if you are using AVG 8.0, this is a known issue. If this was a
good guess, look in the AVG forums for help and updates.
