Default Hauppauge PVR-150 problem with channels greater than 60.

I'm having a problem with this tuner. Channels 60 get progressively worse
the higher up I go to the point where channel 67 is completely unwatchable.
All other channels appear perfectly.

I first used the drivers installed by Vista, the upgraded to the beta
drivers on the Hauppauge website, then tried the drivers that Jason Tsang
found
(http://jtsang.blogspot.com/2006/10/n...vers-for.html).

I also first used the default MS decoder then switched to the Nvidia
PureVideo Decoder. None of this helped.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Adam Conde
