You forgot to tell us: 1. How large is "large". (Most ISPs cap the size of emails/attachments.) 2. What mail client you are using. 3. Anything about your computer. 4. The answer to The First Question of Troubleshooting: Assuming this process once worked, what changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't? 5.
