Default wireless router

I just bought a Del xps 420, quad6600 (2.40GHZ). , 750 GB , 4GB, WITH VISTA
ULTIMATE SP1 32, WITH ANALOG/DIGITAL TV TUNER + BASIC remote (sorry didn't
realize the caps were on).

I live in a small condo. about 60 ft from computer in back room to terrace.
One story. Will a Lindsys NUltra range plus, Dual-Band Wireless-N Gigabit
Router with Storage Link work well? I have 2.4 ghtz phones and will
probably replace them with 5 ghtz when they die. Thanks.

Yep. Might be overkill, but that will work splendidly.
