I am looking for windows vista gadget, which can be used to improve English

I am not looking for a translator.

There are many good free websites are available now, for example www.engvocabulary.com where you can mark your own difficult words and take test in three different ways. I have recommended this website to many people and all of them are finding this website very useful. I hope you too....

If your want to improve your spoken English skills, try following few methods:

1. Practice speaking, the more you practice the more you will get confident and habitual with the language.
2. Make friends with whom you can practice speaking in English.
3. Read Newspapers, books, articles, blogs etc., also listen to English news and radio broadcasts.
4. Try to learn new words and phrases and start using them gradually.

These are only a few steps which can help in improving your English. If your further want to improve your communication skills opt for some language institute.
