I keep having the problem of MS Outlook not responding, or clicking on a link
in an email and nothing happening, or clicking on any way to get into explorer either from a desktop or task bar icon, etc. If I shut down or restart it clears up for a while, but comes back soon, eventually. I have IE version 7, Vista Home Premium with Service Pack 1. (32 bit) How can I keep this from happening? -- Diane |

You do not mention if MS Outlook is a part of the 2003 or 2007 MS Office
package. I have had a similar problem using the 2003 Office. I suggest that you discontinue using MS Outlook and begin using Windows Mail which is included in your Vista HP package. Windows Mail is an updated version of the old Outlook Express program and is much better suited to Vista. In order to begin using Windows Mail, you go to your 'Default Program' selections and indicate WM to be your default mail program. Make Outlook not open on startup. Try this and if you are still having problems, get back and we'll see if we can help you. "dibaxter" wrote in message ...
