Default Can't add my XP networked printer!

I am trying to add this printer that is connected to my XP desktop. I
have tried so many things! I keep getting this error message.

[Window Title]
Connect to Printer

[Main Instruction]
Windows cannot connect to the printer. The server print spooler service
is not running. Please restart the spooler on the server or restart the
server machine.

[OK]
