I am running Vista Home Premium on a new desktop with Intel, 3gb ram and
a 500gb drive. Everything seems fine except for when I go to print, it seems to take a long time for the print window to come up (15-20 seconds). Is there any know reason for this? Or a fix? -- Have A Great Day! Bill Meyer |

It might really help if you would be so kind as to identify the make and
model of the printer. Have you updated the printer drivers to the latest version? Next, how does it connect to the desktop ? Finally, assuming the printer is connected via USB, what else is also connected via USB. Is the printer on a USB port that has multiple devices attached to the same port or controller? Are you using an external USB hub by chance? Sorry about the questions-- but answers are needed to give answers. "Bill Meyer" wrote in message ...
