Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 scrolling issues! HELP!
I've had this mouse for about 8 months and I have finally had it!
At complelety random times it decides it wants to scroll up and down for an hour or so, so the mouse becomes completely usless. I've changed the batteries, I've moved the receiver closer, I messed with the settings on my mouse and still nothing helps. I don't want to have to turn off the scrolling feature all together because that means this would be a half-way usless mouse. Who wants an $80 mouse that doesn't scroll? Does anyone have ANY idea what the problem could be? I'd really rather not pay $35 an email just so they can tell me to take it back to the store or that they can't help me. And of course Best buy basically says I can go F myself since I don't have a receipt and I used gift cards and not my credit card to buy it, so they can't look it up. |

Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 scrolling issues! HELP!
I've had some of the same issues with my 6000. I tried a ton of stuff to fix it and had no luck. Drivers...uninstal...different mouse...etc. Finally, I plugged the onld green ps2 connector back in (along with the usb) and ta da. FIXED! I have XP by the way, not Vista so I wouldn't neccessarily blame Vista folks. -- kn4d |

Natural Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 scrolling issues! HELP!
I'm having the same issues with the wireless laser mouse 6000 v2.0. same thing tried reloading the drivers, new batteries. transceiver in different usb port. Works fine for a random amount of time and then the scrolling and buttons just go crazy, won't respond until system is rebooted or mouse is powered down and re-added. -- mwgillispie |
