here's how I'd do it...
acrobat dragdrop photo to desktop (maybe that would work) or acrobat photoshop save as jpg or acrobat screenshot paint save as jpg windows photo gallery is a software which display some photo files, for example like jpegs... pdf files which is opened w/ acrobat reader is another entity.
