I want to set up a non-administrator account in Vista for a child. I want to
control their internet access by loading approved sites in Favorites, not displaying the Address bar, and prevent them from changing the toolbars I have set up. It is OK if they visit sites not on the Favorites list, as long as they always start there. I am not sure about how to set up the rights here, so some guidance would be a great help. |

Set your child up as a Standard use account and then apply Parental Controls. There is plenty of information in Vista's Help about Parental Controls.
