Default Possible to connect Windows 98 & Vista?

I have two computers running two different op systems- Windows 98 and Vista.
I want to copy files from 98 to Vista. Can I network or otherwise connect the
two? (The Win 98 machine doesn't have a disk burner.)

Hi,
Yes you can network a Windows 98 system with Vista, however I have had
difficulty with the 98 machine opening the public folder on Vista but Vista
can see and open any shared folder on Windows 98, so I just use Vista to copy
from the 98 machine rather than trying to copy to the Vista machine.
