Default Confused..need help!

Hey everyone. I need help with something here. So i had some friend's
videos and movies saved on my computer. They were saved in "Documents".
I deleted them a while back but they keep showing up as search results
everytime I search for them on Start Search. They definitely have been
deleted and so everytime I try clicking on the search results, a message
comes up telling me to verify the location of these files since their
location had been changed. I don't want these files showing up at all,
even if just in the search. A friend of mine told me that these files
were probably indexed since files saved in personal folders like Music,
Documents, Pictures etc. are indexed by default. Is that correct? I was
wondering if there is any way to prevent these files from showing up as
search results due to personal reasons. Please help me out here and let
me know if there is any way I can delete their indexed forms. I'd really
appreciate it. Thanks.

open 'indexing options'
select advanced button which will allow you to 'rebuild' the index.

This will take a LONG time so be patient.
