Default Outgoing email + corrupted video file

Hi,

Hoping someone can help with this problem. I've discovered recently that
whenever I forward an email with a video attachment, the recipient is unable
to open the video file, as it has a "corrupted file" error message.

I don't have a clue what this means or how it happens. When I receive the
video in an email message, I can open and play the video attachment just
fine with no problems. It happens only when I forward that message to
someone else. Problem occurs with video files - jpg files are just fine.

I am running Vista on a fairly new Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop, with a fast
processor.

Thanks

Colleen

What file format is the video?
What mail service are you using?
Can you forward it to yourself without corrupting it?
If you save it to your hard drive and then send that copy from your hard
drive, does it send properly?
