Default Network Troubleshooting.... Vista home premium

Hello, I am creating this post because I have a client who wants me to fix
their vista machine. It is a HP laptop, and she connects through a wireless
connection.

The connection says it is working, treats the connection as a "unidentified
network" even after I set it up, it can't even reach 192.168.1.1... no
program can get onto the internet!

it isn't the router, because everything else works on it, and also she could
not get it to work at her or my house.

I have done the following things, and I am stumped....

1. disabled/re-enabled the wireless connection
2. went into device drivers and disabled the hardware from there
3. went through the automated diagnose and repair (which did nothing)
4. booted into safe mode
5. system restore to a time when it did work

Here are some screen shots of some (hopefully) useful information:

any idea's folks?

any help is greatly appreciated!

thanks again,
Gowan
