Default explorer.exe does not run on startup

Hi,

If the "shell" string does not exist under

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Then you must create it. Click on the Winlogon key, then click
edit/new/string and call it shell and give it a value of explorer.exe. click
ok, close the registry editor and reboot.

DEAR ALL.,
This problem mostly happen from user profile fail. To resolve this

DO THE FOLLOW:

ALT+CTRL+DEL - TASK MANAGER - FILE - NEW TASK - EXPLORER

then creat new user account and transfer all data to the new user and
delete old user profile.
