This is how it’s supposed to work:
Using touchpad: Click (select) the A in the tool box on the left. Click twice in paint area and drag cursor to desired size. Type in your text. (The click and drag may be slightly different with a mouse.) This is from Vista Help and Support: Use Text to enter text in the picture. Click Text, and then, in the options box just below the toolbar, click a background style. Click a color in the Color box, and then click in the picture and type your text. You can resize and move the text box, and change the font, font size, and text formatting until you click another tool or click outside the text box within the picture -- oscar ....Right click is your best friend...
