My laptop was working well on the net till the other day now it wont
connect btw this is wireless from home. I think I may have messed with the wep setting now I don't know how to get back there. How do I know what channel the wireless is using I think I had to play with that first to get it working it now uses channel 6 on the D-link DSL-G604TMODEM/ROUTER. I have very little knowledge of networking please start simple for me. |

Do you receive the signal? To post back the result of ipconfig /all, do this
command: ipconfig /all c:\ipconfig.txt. Then copy it from the c drive. -- Bob Lin, MS-MVP, MCSE & CNE Networking, Internet, Routing, VPN Troubleshooting on http://www.ChicagoTech.net How to Setup Windows, Network, VPN & Remote Access on http://www.HowToNetworking.com "Chris Taylor" wrote in message u...
