when I burn it using windows I get a distorted video. Does anyone know what would cause that and how I can correct it. I would appreciate any help you can give me. |

Mary...video is complicated and tricky but understanding a few simple things can make things easier. It's hard to give a proper answer to your problem because: I have no idea where you downloaded a home movie from...let alone it's aspect ratio and it's file type Distorded as in... people and things are looking fatter (wider) or tall and skinny? What are you burning? a DVD? on a CD? What Windows Software? We'll start with these.... -- Clevo ___________________________ Windows Vista Home Premium x64 + SP1 ASUS P5K MB Intel Core2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHz 4GB RAM (DDR2) NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS Realtek HD onboard sound Helpful links: http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...91033.mspx#EEE |
