Run System Restore and restore to a date that is earlier than when this began (I assume it began very recently). If you don't know what/where System Restore is, search for it in Help and Support. |

My daughters laptop (which shares my PC's Canon USB printer in a home network) keeps getting a 'spooler subsystem app crash" on start up with details as below: I have tried restarting the print spooler which crashes within a few seconds and reports a fault. "Problem Stopped working Date 22/07/2008 8:06 PM Status Report Sent Problem signature Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: spoolsv.exe Application Version: 6.0.6000.16386 Application Timestamp: 4549b734 Fault Module Name: SSGB6du.DLL Fault Module Version: 0.3.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 459b1358 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 0000f0bb OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3 Locale ID: 3081 Additional Information 1: d6aa Additional Information 2: 550813108d42c370043e28bb37aac5af Additional Information 3: d6aa Additional Information 4: 550813108d42c370043e28bb37aac5af Extra information about the problem Bucket ID: 408590986 Nonny" wrote: On Mon, 14 Jul 2008 22:48:01 -0700, James Rouse James wrote: My printer got deleted and now I get spooler sub system app not working. c;\windows\system\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\hpoc4380 .BUD I remember working on something and it asking for adobe flash player update or something like that.
