Hi All,
Vista Ultimate. I have about 8 users on the machine. All of a sudden, if I try add a user FOO to an existing share by selecting it from the drop-down list box and clicking ADD, I get the message "unable to locate user FOO". Obviously the user exists, else it would not be in the drop-down list box. If I do "Everyone", that works for some odd reason. If I create a new user beyond the 8 that I already have and try to add the new one, that works. So right now, the only user in the share is the one who is logged in. I noticed that C:\NTUSER.DAT has file size 0 if that means anything. Any help much appreciated. -Le Chaud Lapin- |
