Hello,
after having installed Windows Vista Service Pack 1 on Home Premium and adding another gigabyte of RAM, I decided to Generate a health report. After confirming by clicking continue the box opens, but it's black. Another five seconds later a download box (that of Internet Explorer) appears prompting me to open, save or cancel the download for a file named: Wait (1)The download box reports the file to be an Excel Worksheet of 5.05 KB, from the source wdc.dll. However if I open the file (by clicking onpen, or saving first) Excel is unable to open the file as it's an incorrect format. Wether, canceling it or accepting it the Health Generator Box then displays: "Navigation to the Webpage was canceled". (2) I have searched on various search engines to find a solution, all resulting in nothing. I would be greatful if any one knew how to solve this probelm, thanks! Iam also facing the very same problem now. When the open dialogue box pops up, Iam opening with IE and after that again a pop up comes to open another file. I open it with IE and finally the report comes. Is a way there to overcome this problem. I think this may be due to a file associaition error. -- vsrini |
