Some suggestions:
-go here to see what files WMP supports: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316992 -find out what type of file you're trying to play and Google a software that will play that file. -it's best not to post your email address on a forum. Spammers are everywhere. Hope this helps... -- oscar  ....Right click is your best friend...
