Default Standard user cannot print in Vista

Hi,

We have installed vista, with a standard printer connected via the USB
port 1.
the administrator can print, the guest user can print, but the standard
user cannot print, although the printer is shown as default printer in
the configuration screen for printers.
What can be the reason?

Tx, Margo

The print driver is requiring special access that the standard user does not
have.

Is this a Kyocera or Konica Minolta device?

thanks all for thinking with me about this issue.
After some more testing, and with the help of Windows help support,
we have run some programms and now it works, from all the users,
without installing new software.
