Grabbing XP Drivers
I have a few devices whose install doesn't (visibly) extract drivers to any
certain folder, but that runs a setup executable instead. I've found the best way to get these devices to work in Vista--if they will at all--is to recursively scan the Windows directory of my XP install when updating the drivers in Vista's Device Manager. Hope this helps. -- geekunit wtfamidoing.info |
