I have 2 computers, one with XP home and the other with Windows Vista Home
Premium. I want to transfer files between the two. Someone told me not to network them. I would have to activate file and print sharing which is not a good idea. I want to get a USB transfer cable, but noticed that there are two types. One will say XP transfer, and the others say VISTA/XP transfer cable. The VISTA/XP ones cost more. I have been told that one that does not say VISTA on will still work, they have just added VISTA/XP on it to increase the cost of the cable even thought it is the same cable. Does anyone have any thoughts on this. GST |
