Are you sharing your wife's computer's connection or is your computer
connected to a router?

Does the behavior persist if your machine is connected directly to the
modem?

where I have to reboot all the time. Sometimes I will have to reboot as
since as the computer is booted up and sometimes it can go for a couple of
hours. I have tested the connection to my Dell notebook running Windows XP
and no issues. I can stay on line for days without it cutting me off.
If anyone can offer help I would really really appreciate it.
