Default Permissions for Folders in Program Files

With the little information that has been given, I can offer this:

1) be sure that you are running with administrator privileges
2) right click folder properties look at Sharing and Security tabs and
check any variables that need to be checked to insure that the users are
given permission to share that folder.

Hope that helps...

I am attempting to share and be able to use some folders in C:\Program
files. I keep getting error message Access Denied.
These folders seem to have the same permissions set up that other folders
not in Program Files have and they all work just fine.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you n advance for your assistance and support.
