Using VISTA Home Premium with SP1
I am attempting to share and be able to use some folders in C:\Program files. I keep getting error message Access Denied. These folders seem to have the same permissions set up that other folders not in Program Files have and they all work just fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you n advance for your assistance and support. HankL |

Hi
To begin with it is Not a good idea to share in the Program Files directories. You can open a new folder elsewhere on the drive and instruct the application to use the new folder. If the application insists on using its default folder you can use the Sync. to Synchronize the files with the new folder and share the new folder.
