I've got a remote desktop shortcut saved to my quick launch bar which
doesn't log in properly. Although I entered only the username into the username field, apparently the remote desktop session insists on sending the IP address as well. In other words, instead of trying to log in to the computer with: Username: Travis Password: ***** It instead sends: Username: 10.1.1.3/Travis Password: ***** And of course fails to log in, giving me a new prompt where I have to delete the 10.1.1.3/ so it just tries to log in with "Travis", which then succeeds. So how do I get it to stop adding the "10.1.1.3/" prefix to the username? Travis |
