Hi,
Click on a Web link and get a page not found error (in IE or Firefox).
Click retry/reload and it usually goes through. System log shows
multiple copies of this message, "Your computer was successfully
assigned an address from the network, and it can now connect to other
computers" although it is asigned an IP by a Windows server on the LAN
with a long expiration.
Known issue? Any fixes?

I would flush the DNS cache.

http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/1600/...ns_cache_flush

Possibly an Add-in messing these up.

Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - IE with no Add-ons.

If this works then you have an addin causing the issue. Check TaskManager
also to see what might be running that could be interferring.

Hey sorry to thread jack on an old thread. But im having the same
problem. Mostly all pages will either not load the first time or half
load. Or some of the pictures on it will not load. This happens on every
browser i use and it been troubling me for the past four weeks or so.
And i just cant figure out what is wrong. Ive ran malwarebytes and Avast
antivirus with no luck of anything bad found on the computer that could
be doing this. Ive reset the security settings, dumped teh cache and
cookies. And it only happens on one computer my other two computers are
fine.
