Hello everyone, Every time I attempt to download any type of file, I receive a message saying "the connection with the server was reset" I really don't know what this error means. I'm not a computer expert so I hope someone can explain step-by-step on how to resolve this issue before my school starts. If it helps, I am using Internet Explorer 7. I've used Firefox and I still can't download anything, so I think it has nothing to do with browsers. Thanks. -- canderson |
