Default Remote Assistance

Could anyone please tell me if they have had any success with remote
assistance in Windows Vista. I have tried and have had none. My firewall
settings are correct but to no avail, nothing happens.....

Nothing happens? No errors or warning? Nothing logged in firewall? What if
you disable firewall all together?

Thanks for the quick reply. I have not had any errors or warnings. And I will
take it to the next step as soon as I have another client to work with.
Logged in firewall is active. Check back for update......
