I pluged phone set. i use this for tutor I am a student. I can only hear is
her sounds. I speak but other side never heard my voice. I bought a new one today. I pluged it my coumputer still not reconnize my voice at all. Is this need to repair? Mine is vista I bought this about 4month ago. |

1. If your PC is notebook type and it comes with a built-in microphone,
then check if the external michrophone is set as the default microphone. 2. If your PC is desktop type, 1)check if you plugged the microphone to a correct connector, 2) go to control panel and open "Sound" and review the settings. Is the microphone set as default? Is the recording level set properly? Etc. You can check if your microphone is working by recording your voice using Sound Recorder which comes with the OS. It is in Accessories. On Vista,Start--Accessories--Sound Recorder. On XP, Start--Accessories--Entertainment--Sound Recorder. toshi wrote: I pluged phone set. i use this for tutor I am a student.
