I run a WINDOWS XP, AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 5000+ 2.61 Ghz,
2GB of RAM... CAN I RUN *COD4* smoothly, or at all? and if yes then why
when i try to start the game it wont let me, a tab just pops up and says
'DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error, see readme for possible
solutions' if my computer can run cod4, can someone please tell
me how to fix this DirectX problem. i downloaded the one from the game
and ive tried reinstalling cod4... still nothing.

PLEASE HELP
