Vista Update stuck on 1 update
Vista SP1 / 64 bit - is constantly showing 1 pending update. On shutdown it
says installing update 1 of 1. This never goes away - each subsequent shutdown says the say thing. Where can I look to see what update is stuck and how to clear it. Thanks

Search for the KB number at Microsoft Download Center, download the update and install it manually. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/ Should you need to uninstall updates, open up Control Panel Programs Uninstall program View updates. Keep in mind that removing an update may not always be possible. Charlie42

Vista SP1 32 bit
