.exe error - associated file
Hi,
I think I have a real big problem. While I was out, I don't know what my wife did, but she changed all default program in my computer. So, everytime I try to open a program " .exe", the windows uses the Windows Media Player 11 by default to open and always fails. I tried to change all default program in control panel but I had no success. And if I try to restore windows (System Restore) I coudn't too, because when I try to execute a " .exe", the WMP 11 always try to open too and I fail again. I tried Change default programs using Set Program Access and Computer Defaults, but the WMP 11 was there again. I didn'd open. I tried uninstall WMP 11 but I couldn't. It was not in the list of installed program in Control Panel. Certainly, it's was not my lucky day. I am here asking for some help. Thank you. |
