Default Internet Security problems..

Ok so i have been having A problem accessing Firefox and Internet
explorer.
Whenever i try to go and browse something it wont load.

I click diagnose the problem and it says:
Website cannot establish port on HTTP with this computer.
*
I have:*
Disabled WIndows defender
Uninstalled norton internet security
Disabled my windows firewall.
Added internet explorer to firewall exceptions
Have made my router A DMZ

I can ping 'Google' (http://www.google.com) fine in the cmd prompt.

Whats wrong here???

If it is not firewall or security issue, you may want to check the router
