Default Can't open shortcut manager

I have tried to download and run the shortcut manager from FXVisor . I
couldn't find the 32 version only the 64. I can download FxVisor 64 msi
to my desktop but when I try to run it I get the following error message
from Windows Installer:

This installation package is not supported by this processer type.
Contact your product vendor.

I managaed to download it with no problems last month before I had to
replace my hard drive and reinstall Vista so I guess that I'm doing
something wrong. Grateful for any suggstions.

If you're running 32-bit Vista, then you need to use the 32-bit (x86)
version of the software. As Frameworkx has not released an x86 version of
the 2.0 software, you'll have to look for and use 1.3. There's a link he
