Default Backing up my services settings?

I've adjusted my services greatly and I am going to have to reinstall
soon (complete system upgrade) so I was wondering if i could back up the
settings for my services.

Yes there is, sorta... Check out this site:

http://www.blackviper.com/WinVista/customREG.htm

He has a .REG file for DEFAULT services, and he has a configuration
utility that will produce a .REG file for the changes one makes.

All one has to do if they screw up is run the first file to restore
default settings.

If they have changed their settings using his utility, they can do
what the OP wants.

You used the site or the utility?

If you didn't use the utility, then you can't do what you want unless
you set everything back to default and start again with the utility.
