Problems shutting down Vosta with a SD Card inserted
Hi everyone,
I'm getting problems when after a resume from hibernation mode, I try to shutdown my computer with an SD card inserted. The system is still shutting down infinitely and don't shut down. This problem is described in the KB950466 and Microsoft say that this problem doesn't occur if SP1 is installed. I have the SP1 installed and the behaviour stiil continues. If try to install the hotfix available, it's not possible to install because it does't apply to my system, even after i checked the version of the OS and plataform are correct. Anyone can help me? Thanks, AMSilva. |

Contact Microsoft about the issue. 'Help and Support' (http://support.microsoft.com/oas/def...4&gprid=500921) "Free unlimited installation and compatibility support is available for Windows Vista, but only for Service Pack 1 (SP1). This support for SP1 is valid until March 18, 2009. Availability of chat or e-mail support differs depending on your geographic location. For customers residing in North America or Canada, chat and e-mail support is available." If the issue still exists under SP1, they should assist you. -- Cyberwolf |
