Default Why does Vista Memory Diagnostic tool starts with every boot?

I tried running Vista Mem Diagnostic Tool recently. For whatever reason,
the MS utility starts withe very boot and I cannot cancel or stop program
even though icon shows up in the notification area.

I cannot find the exe file in the startup or in teh regsitry under run. Any
ideas on how to stop from start up?
