Cavairy external hard drive help!!!!!!
Its connected straight to my usb port on my computer. When its connected it either does nothing, or that little pop up comes up and it says identifying device, device unknown, then it says something like would you like to browse you hard drive for needed software or download needed software from the internet, thats when i tell it to download it, then it says scanning internet for needed software, at this point this is when my other devices start working but this one just says no software found. According to the companie the hard drive is plug and play and no drivers are needed but i don't know its not working and i'm at a loss, got any ideas ????? -- HYDRO420BOY |
