Default Dialup Network Desktop Shortcut

I need to set up 70 Vista notebook computers with several software
packages. I am writing a Windows Script Host script to automate the
setup process, since it will involve several people.

How can I provide my users with a desktop icon for dialup networking?
Since they will be using their own ISPs, I cannot know in advance what
the phone numbers, usernames, or passwords will be, but I want to make
it easy for them to use it on their own.

I am pretty well familiar with WSH and VB, but I don't know where to
find the executable to reference.

TIA,
Martin
