Default File association, Application used to perform action

Windows Vista Home Premium

In XP, the Control Panel/Folder Options dialog window has a tab labeled
"File Types". This allows setting the command that runs the program the user
associates with a file type for opening or printing.

Where is the equivalent in Vista?
