Default error code 19

Hello, Retnilps, Welcome to the forums, arty:

If you have a look at this solution from MS It should help,
It states that I works with XP but have seen a lot of Vista related
questions directed here.

'You can no longer access the CD drive or the DVD drive, or you receive
an error message after you remove a CD recording program or a DVD
recording program in Windows XP: \"error code 31\"'

As it involves a registry edit I have to advise the usual cautions, if
you do not feel capable of registry edits then if you

may want to have a look at some of these answers which can provide a
script file to do the job

'error code 19 dvd vista - Google Search'

Hope this helps
