I have reinstalled the original drivers for the network printer. My computer is 32bit so perhaps I installed 64bit software by accident? Anyway, if I navigate via Networks to the printer name, I can add the printer. However, accessing the Add Printer dialog box still encounters the "Can't Add Printer" error message. I guess I have a corrupted tcpmonui.dll file. Thanks for all your help!
